"There was a recall on a part on my car"

and when I called in, Bud Bowlin helped me get an appointment the very next day which was extremely convenient. Bud also helped me out when I brought my car in and was very friendly and asked me if I needed any other services while I was there, which reminded me that I did in fact need an oil change. Gregg Young auto shop did a fantastic job replacing the necessary part and giving me an oil change in a very timely manner. I left the auto service center extremely satisfied and would go back for more services if needed.

I had a rough start when buying my car but since then I have had nothing but top A service with both Sales and Service! After going to GY's service department I don't trust a lot of places to work on my car. Keep up the good work because that's how you keep and gain customers. :-)

Paul did a great job of making sure I was completely satisfied with my questions.  He went out of his way to provide me with the best price possible on materials and was strict on the amount of labor scheduled for each item repaired.  His estimate came in right on the money...
